Kimberly McGowan Partner
Kim McGowan is an experienced trial lawyer and managing partner of the firm’s Duluth, GA office. She represents individuals and families in serious injury and death cases resulting from car, truck and motorcycle accidents, dangerous property conditions, dram shop claims, and work-related accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Kim represented several of the state’s largest insurance companies in complex litigation involving policy coverage and claim disputes as well as subrogation actions. This insider’s view into the way insurers defend cases is a true asset to her practice today, and plays a key role in the winning strategies implemented by the firm.
Andrew J. Brandt Partner
Andrew Brandt is an accomplished trial attorney with a proven record of successful results in cases involving negligent security, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and other complex personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Rice McGowan, he represented insurance companies in injury and death cases, experience he draws on today to effectively maximize the economic recoveries for individuals and families impacted by tragic events.

Preston Dunaway represents clients in a wide range of serious personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and negligent security cases. Early in his career, he practiced at a large national law firm defending insurance companies as well as trucking corporations and apartment complexes. Lauren Kamensky represents clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases across the state of Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Georgia. Prior to joining RMB, she worked at one of the region’s top insurance defense law firms.
